Happy Holi! Come celebrate on March 18th in NYC

With the arrival of spring comes one of India's most colorful and vibrant festivals, Holi. Whether you're familiar with the festival or it's new to you, I'd love to share my experiences and invite you to celebrate with me on March 18th in NYC.

Growing up in Yorba Linda, CA, Holi was always a special occasion for me and my Indian community. We would dress in white kurtas (long cotton tunic) and jeans, gather at our local park with delicious foods, and have a blast spending hours throwing brightly colored powders with friends old and new.
The festival celebrates the arrival of spring, the end of winter, and the blossoming of love. It's a time to forget and forgive, repair broken relationships, and create cherished memories with loved ones.
While playing Holi in New York City can be a challenge due to the weather, I am amazed at how much attention the festival has received in recent years. In fact, I have had the privilege of speaking about Holi at corporate events, inspiring people to get up and move.
As I pass on the Holi traditions to my daughters, I hope that this festival will continue to be celebrated and appreciated throughout the world. Join us March 18th for an awesome easy going Saturday fun for family and friends. Let's come together, play, laugh, and create new memories. I promise it will be an experience you won't forget.
Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful and colorful Holi!
Xoxo,
Sarina Jain
