We’ve been at our desks more than we’d like, but for good reason: we’ve been busy planning many instructor trainings as you can see from the list below. Masala Bhangra continues to spread its wings, bringing the workout to new people and places. Heart health was the core reason Sarina began Masala Bhangra, way back in 1999. Watch for more from us this month on our social media channels (links at the bottom).
