Namaste! I hope this email finds you in the best of health.

As 2016 comes to an end, I personally want to thank you for an amazing year. I have enjoyed hearing about you, your MB classes, the events that you do and much more. It makes me proud to call you an “Ambassador”. I would like you to continue sharing more and more in 2017 and I would personally try to reach out to you too.

Here are some of the major highlights of 2016:

1. We expanded our network to new countries and added new ambassadors and master trainers:

  • Masala Bhangra was launched in Australia at the FILEX convention this year. We were also approved by the Fitness Australia
  • We added three new master trainers - Ra'Shawn in London, Aliez in Malaysia and Shah in Malaysia
  • Many new ambassadors were added to our Ambassador network

2. In our effort to continuously improve our network, we launched our new logo, a mobile friendly website with new marketing material. Last year a lot of you reached out to me and our IT team to add mobile compatibility to our website. I personally spent time with the designer to create new user experience of our users and all the Ambassadors. I hope you liked the new website. I would like to hear from you if there are any changes that you think will benefit you and other Ambassadors.

3. We continued our effort for community outreach:

  • As every year, February was observed as the Red Month and we raised money for the American Heart Association
  • Masala Bhangra teams were invited to various events around the world
  • We were invited by various TV channels across the world as well
Overall, I think we had a fantastic 2016. I am sure there will be more exciting things coming your way for 2017. In addition to the choreography and move of the month, Ambassadors will also get “Music of the month”. Producing and/ or licensing monthly music has always been on my wish list for Ambassadors. We ran a pilot in Nov 2016 and Dec 2016 and a lot of the Ambassadors have appreciated it and want this to be continued.

To support all the new activities, especially production/ licensing of the music, we get to slightly increase the annual network fee. We are mindful of you all and hence, we have tried to keep in this increase to as low as possible.

Effective Jan 1, 2017, annual fee for Masala Bhangra Ambassador Network will be USD 200.

For all those ambassadors who want to renew in advance, we will honor the current fee, if you choose to do so by Jan 10th, 2016 12:00p ET

It’s been a wonderful place for the Ambassadors to support one another and for us to celebrate what is happening in your city! Don’t forget to download our new fiery hot logo and marketing material to support all the Ambassadors - its available once you login to the network website.
