Spring is in the air in New York, and it's a time of transformation in so many ways. One project that has been in the works for a year as we prepared it for you is a new twist of Masala Bhangra called Transformation. It is a HIIT workout that combines the classic moves such as burpees and squats with intervals of Bhangra and Bollywood dance moves to create a one-of-a-kind, upbeat, effective total body workout. This unique 20 minute Indian dance HIIT workout is sure to get your energy up, adrenaline high and your heart rate pumping. Perfect for those who don't have a lot of time but want to make the most of their workout.

The registrations are rolling in for our England Meet and Greet this July and we want to see you there too! Join the fun, take master classes and multiple levels of Masala Bhangra training, and hang out with people from all corners of the globe who love Masala Bhangra too (including Sarina Jain)!
