Tomoe is an AFAA (Aerobics &Fitness Association of America) certified PC instructor. She is also PFA certified Pilates instructor. She is a founder of LATIN EXPRESS® , LATIN EXPRESS con SALSA® and LEX Step Latino® which are her original Latin dance style fitness programs approved by JAFA and has been very active in teaching other fitness workshops such as functional training . She has 36 years experience in fitness with her passion for motivating people in mind and body.
